絕緣介電強度擊穿試驗儀產品概述

本試驗機適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、硅膠、玻璃、絕緣漆等，在空氣或液體介質中，測量工頻（48~62Hz）或對應直流電壓下擊穿強度和耐電壓時間。

適用范圍：

適用于連續均勻升壓或逐級升壓的方式，對試樣施加交流/或直流                                                                           電壓直至擊穿，測量擊穿電壓值，計算試樣的擊穿強度；用迅速升壓的方法，將電壓升到規定值，保持一定的時間試樣不擊穿，定此時規定值為試樣的耐電壓值。

術語和定義：

1. 耐電壓值： 迅速將電壓升高到規定值，保持一定時間試樣未被擊穿，稱此電壓值為試樣的耐電壓值，以kV表示。
2. 擊穿電壓： 試樣在某一電壓作用下被擊穿，此時的電壓值稱擊穿電壓，以kV表示。
3. 擊穿電壓強度： 試樣的擊穿電壓與其厚度之比，稱電壓強度，以KV/mm表示。

注意事項：
1、儀器安裝時應具有獨立的接地線。

3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質的氣體環境中使用。
4、試驗環境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產生并伴有聲響，屬正常現象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。
7、每次進行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。

注意事項：
